Are all your clubs 100% authentic?
Yes. Every club in our inventory is inspected and verified before it goes on sale. We do not sell fakes and never will. What you see in the photo is exactly what you get. |

What brands do you carry?
We carry Callaway, TaylorMade, Titleist, Mizuno, Ping, Cobra, Srixon, Cleveland, XXIO, Honma and more. Inventory changes regularly so check sagolf.com.my for the latest stock. |

What types of clubs do you sell?
Drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, iron sets, wedges, putters and full sets. We also carry ladies clubs and left-handed clubs. |

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all states in Malaysia. WhatsApp us at 012-844 0808 to arrange delivery. You can also visit any of our 3 branches to collect in person. |

How do I know which branch has the club I want?
WhatsApp or call us at 012-844 0808 and we will check across all branches for you. You can also browse our full inventory at sagolf.com.my. |

Can I try the club before buying?
Yes. Walk into any of our branches and our staff will assist you. We are open daily until 7pm. No appointment needed. |

Do you offer a warranty or return policy?
Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy page for full details. All clubs are sold as pre-owned and graded honestly. If there is a dispute, WhatsApp us and we will resolve it fairly. |

What clubs do you buy?
We buy used golf clubs within 10 years old in acceptable condition. All major brands accepted. WhatsApp us photos and we will assess. |

How do I sell my clubs to you?
WhatsApp us clear photos of each club including the brand, model, shaft flex and condition. We will review and come back with a fair offer the same day. |

How do I hand over the clubs?
Three options: walk in to any of our 3 branches (Kedah and Penang), arrange a meet-up via our KL and Selangor representative, or post the clubs to our nearest branch. We pay immediately after inspection. |

How and when do I get paid?
Payment is made via cash or bank transfer immediately after we inspect and confirm the clubs. For posted items, payment is made the same day we receive them. |

Can I trade in my clubs instead of selling?
Yes. Bring in your old clubs and trade them against something in our inventory. Walk in to any branch or WhatsApp us to discuss. |

Is there a minimum or maximum number of clubs I can sell?
None at all. We buy individual clubs and full sets. Bring whatever you have. |

Where are your branches?
We have 3 branches: Sungai Petani (HQ) at Cinta Sayang Resort Homes, Penang at Golden Triangle 2 Bayan Lepas, and Alor Setar at Plaza Susuran Mentaloon. All open daily until 7pm. |

Do I need an appointment?
No. All branches are walk-in. Just come by anytime between opening and 7pm daily. |

Do you rent golf clubs?
Yes. We offer club rental. Visit any branch or WhatsApp us for details on availability and pricing. |
