If a club just isn’t for you, within 14 days of your purchase you can:
- Exchange your club for another one that suits you better.
- Take 90% cashback if you’d rather have your money back (a 10% restocking fee applies).
Clubs must come back in similar condition to how they were sold, with proof of purchase. One exchange per receipt. And in the rare case a club isn’t as described, we’ll put it right.

How long do I have to change my mind?
You have 14 days from your purchase date. Within that window you can exchange your club for another one, or claim 90% cashback if you'd rather have your money back.
Why 90% and not 100% for a change of mind?
A 10% restocking fee covers cleaning, re-grading and re-listing a returned club when you simply change your mind.
Can I exchange more than once?
Each receipt covers one exchange, and up to one exchange per month. Once a club has been exchanged, that swap is final. Clubs must come back in similar condition to how they were sold.
Are there any things the guarantee doesn't cover?
The change-of-mind guarantee doesn't cover shaft-only or grip-only swaps, and clubs must be returned in similar condition to how they were sold, with proof of purchase. And in the rare case a club arrives not as described, that's covered too — see our Refund & Return Policy for the full details.
