These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Swing Again Golf website and to any purchase, trade-in or sale you make with us. By using this website or placing an order with us — including over WhatsApp, by phone or in person at one of our branches — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or place an order.

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to Swing Again Golf, a business of Pristine Commerce Group PLT (registration no. 202304002367), which operates branches in Sungai Petani, Alor Setar and Penang, Malaysia. “You” refers to the person using the website or buying from us.

1. How ordering works

This website is a catalogue. It does not have an online checkout and does not take online payment. Prices are shared and orders are confirmed by chatting with us on WhatsApp, by phone, or at one of our branches. A sale is only formed once we have confirmed the club, the price and payment with you directly. Adding an item to a wishlist, enquiring, or messaging us does not by itself create a binding contract.

Because we deal in used golf clubs, stock is usually one of a kind. We do our best to keep the catalogue current, but a club shown as available may be sold by the time you message us. If that happens, we’ll tell you and help you find an alternative.

2. Product descriptions and grading

Every club is inspected by hand and given an honest condition grade, and we photograph wear rather than hide it. We take care to describe each club accurately. That said, used clubs show natural signs of use, and photographs and screen colours can vary. Minor cosmetic differences that don’t affect play are normal for pre-owned equipment.

If a club ever arrives faulty or genuinely does not match the grade or description we gave it, you are protected — see section 6 and our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Pricing and errors

Prices are confirmed with you directly and are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We try to keep all information — prices, specifications and availability — accurate and up to date, but occasional errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of a club after you order, we’ll let you know before taking payment and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

4. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with us — typically by bank transfer or in person. We do not collect card or banking details through this website, and you should never send full card numbers, passwords or one-time passcodes to anyone claiming to be us. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

We ship nationwide across Malaysia, usually the next working day, and cover courier-caused damage or loss. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during peak periods or public holidays. Full details are on our Delivery Information page.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee — exchange or 90% cashback if you change your mind, and a full 100% refund if a club is faulty or not as described. The complete terms, including what is and isn’t covered, are on our Refund & Return Policy page. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999.

7. Trade-in and selling to us

If you trade in or sell clubs to us, any quote we give is based on the condition, specification and authenticity of the clubs as presented. Quotes are an offer, not an obligation on either side, and a final figure is confirmed once we have inspected the clubs in person. You confirm that any clubs you sell or trade are genuinely yours to sell and are not counterfeit. More on our Trade or Sell page.

8. Use of this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or harmful content. The content on this site — including text, photographs, logos and page design — belongs to Swing Again Golf or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent. Brand names and trademarks (such as Callaway, TaylorMade, Titleist and others) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the clubs we sell.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care to give accurate information and to sell clubs that are as described. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for matters outside our reasonable control (such as courier delays or events beyond our control). This website is provided on an “as is” basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

Importantly, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Where the law gives you a right that cannot be excluded, that right applies regardless of anything said here.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
